Zack with Mr. Rooter showed up early, was very nice and good with my dogs. He was clear in explaining what he would do to diagnose the problem and fix it. Worked quickly and got it done. Very happy with him and Mr. Rooter!!

Scheduling was super easy and they were able to come out the same morning. The Plumber was personable and knowledgeable. The job was completed quickly and professionally. Cost is a bit high, but worth it not to have to try it myself.

I had an old drain pipe that broke in my wall. Called Mr. Rooter. They sent my technician Shane the same day within about 4-5 hours. He was very knowledgeable about what was going on. I could go on and on about how great Shane was but I’ll just say the best thing was that I even though he couldn’t fix the problem until the next morning he was mostly concerned with our safety and comfort with having exposed wall and pipe and keeping us safe from possible critters! He gave us several options and offered to patch up the wall he offered to install access panels. He really made us feel safe. He replaced the pipe and swept up his mess left my house spotless. He was super kind and he did all this work even though it was his birthday. If you were wondering The job was very expensive though it cost us over $900 but I’m not complaining.

Johnathan was very helpful and even came back a second time as I had issues with getting the water turned off for our initial installation on my shower. I appreciated the time spent and the overall process was super manageable and the installation was quick.
